Nested  postpartum sessions are gentle and suited for overall wellness,   recovery and relaxation after giving birth. Individualized to suit your  recovery needs. Initial session is about 2 hrs as we ebb and flow with  your newborn (and other children's) needs! Includes abdominal massage  with custom blend, bengkung belly binding (cloth included), herbal package, support,  tools and resources for birth processing, bodywork $320

Postpartum  Package  The 4 session package includes the initial visit as above plus  some additional products and services: access to online client portal  with  many resources, downloads, e-books and more. Ongoing text and  telephone support for the 6-8 weeks of early postpartum, herbal and  coconut milk  bath soaks, yoni steaming blend, after pains tincture,  restorative  post-birth tonic and larger bottle of the sacred belly oil.  Each visit  will include the bodywork as well, the initial visit is  approx 2 hrs and subsequent visits around 1.5-2hrs  $1000

movement options for common discomforts, bodywork for discomfort, stress, self-care, relaxation,  prenatal information, physiological birth education, tools and techniques to process information necessary for making informed choices,  birth processing tools for previous challenging, difficult or traumatic experiences. 

Sessions approx 1.5-2 hrs

Access to online client portal  with  many resources, downloads, e-books and more. Ongoing text and  telephone support during your pregnancy ( * package only)
