6 week session. With each class you’ll learn techniques that support a safer, easier birth, and you’ll increase your confidence for empowered, enjoyable birth and mothering experience. Easy and fun movements are the basis of the classes, incorporating concepts from around the world!
Personalized sessions provide simple movements, coping/self-care strategies and body balancing techniques to promote relaxation, and optimal fetal positioning, ease discomforts during pregnancy for a smoother and easier birth and recovery postpartum.
